Hokuto became the first champion by defeating Madusa in the tournament finals. Hokuto vacated the title in June 15th, 1997, when she left WCW.
Devin Masami
September 20th, 1997
Masami became the new champion by defeating Zero. The championship was won in Japan, and was abandoned and retired when WCW and Gaea Japan stopped working together.
