- WCW Clash of the Champions IX (November 15, '89) = Doom took down Eddie Gilbert & Tommy Rich.
- WCW Starrcade '89 (December 13) = Doom lost, via countout, to the Steiner Brothers. Later on, Doom fell to the Road Warriors. Finally, Doom was beaten by Samoan Savage & Fatu. The Road Warriors won the Iron Man Tag Tournament.
- WCW Clash of the Champions X (February 6, '90) = Doom lost a "Masks vs. Titles" Match to the NWA Tag-Team Champs, the Steiner Brothers. Doom was forced to unmask as a result.
- WCW Capital Combat (May 19, '91) = Doom won the NWA World Tag-Team straps from the Steiner Brothers.
