History: Scotty Anton is another wrestler which my info on is not that extensive. I know he started out wrestling in various independent wrestling organizations as Scott Stud. I know that, at one point in his career, he held the PSW US Title and the NGWA Tag-Team Titles, although I do not know when. In 1994, Scott Stud wrestled in Smokey Mountain Wrestling, where he held the Television Title there for one night, defeating Boo Bradley to win the title, only to lose it later that night to Bryant Anderson. I have also heard that Scott was one of the men who portrayed Kendo the Samurai, although I have not confirmed this.

In 1995, Scott Studd wrestled some in the USWA, showing off his skills. He did not pull in any gold, however. In the later months of '95, Scotty Riggs first appeared, teaming with Marcus Bagwell as The American Males. The two were a good team, managing to win the WCW Tag-Team Titles from Harlem Heat. About a week later, however, Harlem Heat reclaimed the titles, causing some friction between Riggs and Bagwell. Still, the two stayed together as a team for more than a year, but never attained the success they had had for a week.

When the nWo began recruiting members, Bagwell, now "Buff", betrayed Riggs and joined up, breaking up the tag-team. For a few months in '97, Riggs and Bagwell kept a feud going, with Buff usually coming out on top. Riggs mainly toiled as a midcarder for the next few months, before Raven and the Flock appeared. After numerous attempts by Raven to get Riggs to join the Flock, the two faced off in a number of matches. During one of the matches Raven 'seriously injured' Riggs's eye, causing him to have to wear an eyepatch. At the next PPV, World War 3, Riggs and Raven faced off for the last time. Riggs lost, being DDT'ed repeatedly. He was carried out by Van Hammer, and the next time he appeared it was as a Flock member.

Rigg's career with the Flock essentially went nowhere, as he became less than a midcarder, and jobbed to many of the superstars of WCW. He came out with long hair over his face, and wore the eyepath, not allowed by Raven to get the eye fixed (the eye injury was not real, however). Riggs stayed in Raven's camp until Fall Brawl '98, when Perry Saturn freed the Flock from Raven's influence. Riggs walked away from Raven, but unlike Kidman and Saturn, Riggs would not become a success quickly.

After a brief time of being the same jobber he always was, Scotty Riggs has finally changed his attitude. With his eye "repaired" and his hair shorter, Riggs started coming out with a mirror, being egotistical about his new look. He also started winning a little more, moving up the ladder in WCW. Unfortunately, his push did not go too far, as the fans seemed not to get behind the egotistical wrestler. Scotty Riggs soon faded again from WCW, mainly only wrestling on Saturday and house shows. Riggs' run in WCW looked to be over.

In the year 2000, Scotty "The Clap" Anton appeared in Extreme Championship Wrestling, having a good feud with "The Whole F'kin Show" Rob Van Dam. They faced off at Heat Wave '00, with Van Dam dominating for the first few minutes, until Anton managed to get a chair shot in. Anton then took it to his foe for a time, using the chair to his advantage, and even managed to get his new submission hold, "The Clapper", on him, as well as his manager, Bill Alfonzo. But this left Anton open for the Vandaminator, knocking him down. Van Dam followed it up with his 5-Star Frog Splash and the Vantermintor for the victory. Anton would stay with ECW for the rest of 2000, rarely getting any major push after the defeat.

Currently, Anton is wrestling out of Turnbuckle Championship Wrestling, which is run by "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes. He's still performing great wrestling maneuvers in front of the crowds, and I wouldn't be surprised to see the man making a move back towards the television screens in the near future.
