- "Too Sweet" Terry Marshall and Dark Lord (formerly Space Lord) came out with First Mate Rodman to talk about their new group, Nefarious Wrestling Outsiders or NWO. One of SEX's fired members, Major Helmet, then came out, only to be taken out by new member Major Flavor. Sargent Snake also debuted.

Outcast defeated John Thompson. Outcast got the surprisingly easy victory over Thompson, finishing it with Burnout.

- Afterwards, Outcast railed about the lack of challenge since he won the Unified X-Division Title, and said he would come out next week to await challengers. However, before Outcast could leave, he got ambushed by E.W. Montgomery, who laid him out with Welcome To The Slaughterhouse.

- Mike Zybala went to talk to The A-List members, giving Lord Allton a 'make-up gift' of a pet turtle. Pennylord didn't do well with the turtle being there, but Lord Allton accepted the gift.

Xavier Lux defeated Dylan Thomas. After a competitive match between the two top stars, Lux got the victory by landing The Toxin and The Cure.

- The NWO were causing issues in the back, when Xavier Lux (fresh from his match) and Marcus Ka'Derrion appeared. S&M attacked them from behind, allowing the NWO to beat down the wrestlers.

James Raven defeated Justice Cross. Justice put up a strong showing against Raven, almost surprising the veteran a few times. But Raven eventually survived, getting The Flight of the Raven for the win.

Shawn Warstein and Dark Lord did not take place. Dark Lord made his entrance with Terry Marshall & First Mate Rodman. Warstein then came out, but got attacked by Major Flavor & Sargent Snake. As this was happening, Noah Jackson, Jackson Hart, & James Raven all attacked the NWO members in the ring. Things seemed even until GCWA Security got involved, teaming with Legacy to take out the NWO.

- As Deana Barrows celebrated in her office, GCWA World Champion Lissie Hope showed up and took her out with The Crown of Thorns, taking advantage of all the security being gone from the office area.

- Deana Barrows talked with the Security Commander about making sure that Lissie Hope wasn't getting into her office again, after injuring her last week.

Aaron Warthog defeated Xtreme. The match was originally scheduled as Terry Marshall vs. Xtreme, but Marshall deemed the match beneath him and sent Major Flavor instead. However, Flavor was attacked by Major Helmet. During the melee, Warthog got to the ring and took out Xtreme with Aggression, getting his second win in a row.

- A contrite Derek Mobley decided that Jack Puffer needed a better mentor, taking him to Dean for training.

Enforcer & Justice Cross defeated The Greek Gods (Hades & Zeus). This was a one-sided match from the start, with Justice finishing things by landing Lights Out on Hades.

- James Raven arrived at the GCWA Arena along with Betsy Granger.

E.W. Montgomery won a GCWA World Television Title #1 Contenders match over Mike Zybala. Lucas Thames came down to cheer on Zybala, as he & Montgomery had a very competitive match. Late in the contest, Montgomery scored a low blow on Zybala, with it being unclear on if it was inadvertent or not. This allowed Montgomery to hit Welcome To The Slaughterhouse for the win.

- Post-match, Montgomery got attacked by a 'fan', who turned out to be Outcast. He pepper sprayed Montgomery's eyes, then kicked Montgomery low to lay him out.

- James Raven came to meet Deana Barrows in her office to talk about Lissie Hope. Deana gave Raven the choice of matches, and Raven eventually chose a Submissions Only match to give him the advantage going into the PPV.

Sins of the Fathers (Marcus Ka'Derrion & Xavier Lux) won a #1 Contenders match over S & M (Strangler & Masher). After a long, grueling contest, Ka'Derrion & Lux managed to land The InSINerator on Strangler for the victory, earning the upcoming title shot.

- Warrick Hill took John E. Depth for training with GCWA Hall of Famer Lurrr.

Sins of the Fathers (Marcus Ka'Derrion & Xavier Lux) won the GCWA World Tag-Team Titles, defeating Legacy (Jackson Hart & James Raven). Hart & Raven held the edge on the fatigued competitors early on, especially due to the referee clearly being on Hart & Raven's side. But the ref was taken out during the contest, and the team became distracted when first Lissie Hope's music was played, and then The Accelerator shockingly made his return. This allowed Ka'Derrion & Lux to come back, landing the InSINerator on Hart as Ace sent a referee to the ring, giving Ka'Derrion & Lux the huge victory.

- Post-match, Paco came down to celebrate with Ka'Derrion & Lux, while remembering the late Punisher and Scorpion at the same time.

- The Nefarious Wrestling Outsiders attacked a town car outside in the parking garage, doing severe damage to it. They believed that the car belonged to The Sins of the Fathers, but it was actually Hood's car.

Aaron Warthog defeated Mike Zybala. Zybala came out to the ring with a pillow, having made a deal to 'throw' a match in order to get a title shot. Warthog took advantage, getting his third win in a row.

- Post-match, Zybala announced his new product, a Sleepy Time Mike Zybala action figure. Deana Barrows almost shut down the sale, but when she realized they were selling and she got a cut, she let them go.

- Marcus Ka'Derrion attacked Terry Marshall in the back, doing some damage with a steel chair while the NWO was locked out of the room.

Outcast and E.W. Montgomery each won a Two Falls, Two Titles match also involving Enforcer. Outcast got the first fall, retaining his GCWA Unified X-Division Title by getting a roll-up pin out of a sleeper on Montgomery. Montgomery then got the second fall by taking down Enforcer to become the new GCWA World Television Champion.

- Lucas Thames and Mike Zybala came (back) to the ring, announcing that they have formed a stable along with Peter "The Janitor" Vaughn, naming it Life Before Death.

- In payback for the attack earlier, the NWO went after Xavier Lux, beating him down and bloodying him.

Jack Puffer won a Loser Leaves Town match over John E. Depth. In possibly the most emotional match of the night, these two rivals went at it for the last time, with Puffer ending up victorious at the end with a small package.

- Deana Barrows gave an announcement from her office, talking about how James Raven would be crowned the World Champion later that night after the departure of Lissie Hart. She also said that to find a #1 contender to face him, the Righteous Rumble would be returning in December.

The Nefarious Wrestling Outsiders (Dark Lord & Madness) won the GCWA World Tag-Team Titles, defeating Sins of the Fathers (Marcus Ka'Derrion & Xavier Lux). Terry Marshall was originally scheduled for the match, but since the contract only stipulated the NWO, they were able to switch in a healthy Madness, putting Ka'Derrion & an injured Lux on the defensive. Lux took a beating but came back, tagging in Ka'Derrion, who ran wild and seemed to have the win taken care of until Marshall threw salt in his eyes from outside. This allowed Dark Lord to come back and get the Big Bang, getting the pin with a handful of tights.

- Raging Dead gave his first promo for the GCWA, telling everyone that if they're here, that means they're already dead.

- Deana Barrows and Legacy (Jackson Hart, Noah Jackson, James Raven, & Shawn Warstein came out for the Coronation of James Raven as the World Heavyweight Champion. Barrows gave Raven a new belt, with Raven talking about how no one can stand up against Legacy, and how he'll fight anyone at any time.

- Legacy was then interrupted by The Accelerator, brought out by Mike Zybala. Ace talked about how Raven was the rightful champ, but that there should be a World Title match on a GCWA PPV. E.W. Montgomery & Jack Puffer came out to join them, followed by the shocking reappearance of Mack O'Connor!

James Raven, as the GCWA World Heavyweight Champion, fought to a No-Contest with Mack O'Connor. While the rest of the wrestlers fought with the rest of Legacy, Mack and James went at it in the ring. After a back-and-forth fight, Mack went for a twisting pinfall, with Warstein breaking it up, leading to a chaos run of finishers and attacks between the wrestlers. Legacy ended up leaving, while Mack & the rest stayed in the ring, declaring war on Legacy.
