- The A-List showed up for a short celebration as Lord Allton had won the Outsiders tournament at the PPV, due to his betrayal of Barry Barrows. They also beat up a Mini Barry, just to add insult to injury. Shawn Warstein defeated Memphis Belle. Continuing the 'punishments' of Legacy members opening the shows, Warstein got the easy victory over Memphis Belle, hitting the King's Crown. - In a video clip from after last week's show, Enforcer was shown raging about Lucas Thames interfering in his business with Tony The Spider. He plans to deal with Thames due to his actions. E.W. Montgomery defeated Peter "The Janitor" Vaughn. Montgomery won his GCWA debut despite being partially blind, destroying Vaughn with Welcome To The Slaughterhouse. - Mike Zybala came to show Jonathan Barrows the strong numbers from Outsiders' Controlled Chaos. He also gave Barrows a check as part of helping Outsiders to survive. Lucas Thames defeated Al Fredo. Thames completely annihilated Fredo, forcing him to take out to All It Takes Is Five Seconds. - Afterwards, Thames used his Golden Opportunity to lay out a challenge to Enforcer for his World Television Title, wanting to take him out due to Enforcer's attacks on Tony the Spider. - Jack Puffer was seen at a local barber shop, getting a trim & a shave. He was then accosted by John E Depth and later Warrick Hill, eventually leaving Puffer laid out and the barber shop trashed. The GCWA Unified X-Division Title Fatal Fourway match ended in a Double Pin. The competitors were The Spruce Goose, Aaron Warthog, Mailer Daemon, and Titan Fore. However, Mailer Daemon turned out to be The Lost Soul, while Titan Fore was actually Outcast, with the two banned wrestlers taking out Goose & Warthog before pinning them both. - The two wrestlers brawled afterwards, with GCWA Security having to get involved. Jonathan Barrows, frustrated, made a match for the PPV between the two wrestlers, wanting them to finally decide things and stop disrupting his show. - Duce Jones, Byson Kaliban, & Brim came out to the ring, with Duce sounding off about all of the interruptions lately from Mike Zybala. He told Jonathan Barrows that there wasn't room in the GCWA for both of them. Lissie Hope defeated Druk Dorji. In Hope's first match since losing the World Title, she took it to the giant Dorji. After a back-and-forth match, Hope got the Cherry Bomb to get the victory. - Micheal Graves talked about his upcoming match, and how James Raven ruined his fun by pulling out of the match. He talked about having not wanted to hurt Atara Themis, but actions have consequences. - Deana Barrows congratulated Lissie Hope on her victory, wanting to talk to her about Fright or Flight. Hope said she wouldn't beg Chelsea LeClair for a rematch, but if she's earned it and it will sell tickets, then it would be worth it. Micheal Graves won a GCWA North American Title Qualifier match over Atara Themis. Graves showed Atara no mercy during this match, and eventually put her away with Grave Consequences. - Jonathan Barrows found out from Deana Barrows that The Accelerator was found in Atlanta, Georgia. Deana left to get on the jet, with Jonathan looking a bit shocked. Xavier Lux and Space Lord fought to a No-Contest. During the match, both Lux's partner (Marcus Ka'Derrion) and Space Lord's partner (Terry Marshall) became involved, eventually ending things in a brawl between the two teams. - Chelsea LeClair discovered a celebration in her name at a nearby bar. Two of the people, Korbin & Konnor, talked about her forgetting them. Chelsea replied that she had done something while they had amounted to nothing. LeClair beat both men up before talking about moving on from the past. Jackson Hart defeated PerZag. In the best match of the night, Hart and PerZag went back and forth with some close falls. Hart won out in the end with the Hart Breaker, taking the victory and staying undefeated.
- Jonathan Barrows was shown on the phone, still trying to find someone to come fight Legacy. He told Deana that there was one more person in town to call.
Cosmic Cowboy defeated Aaron Warthog. The Cowboy easily won over Warthog, defeating him with the Falling Star.
- Legacy (Noah Jackson, Shawn Warstein, Jackson Hart, & James Raven) were seen talking about beginning to decorate the GCWA Arena for Halloween.
- Derek "The Thriller" Mobley was giving his MIGHTY CIVIC worked on when Warrick Hill & John E Depth showed up. While they couldn't damage the vehicle, they still beat up Mobley before leaving.
Druk Dorji defeated Al Fredo. Despite an early attempt at an ambush from Manny Cotti, Dorji crushed every member of the Impasta Mafia. He ended with Fredo, giving him the Thimphu Slam to win.
- Legacy continued to talk about their decorations, including the fact that Noah & Jax don't want to put up ghosts, while putting up pictures of dingos.
- The detective is seen at the hospital, flirting with a nurse while waiting for The Accelerator to wake up and be able to talk.
Shawn Warstein defeated Atara Themis. In an emotionally-charged match, Warstein struggled with fighting back against Themis. In the end, though, Warstein followed through on her request, landing the King's Crown for the victory.
Legacy (Jackson Hart, Noah Jackson, & James Raven) came to the ring to brag about not having anyone to fight that night in their three-on-three match. Sports Entertainment Xpress (Terry Marshall & Space Lord) then came out, wanting to challenge the champs again, only to have Sins of the Fathers (Marcus Ka'Derrion & Xavier Lux) interrupt with their own challenge. The two teams brawled, but while Hart & Raven were distracted by laughing at the fight, Noah was surprisingly hit by That's Damn Incredible by a returning The Incredible One!
- Jonathan Barrows arranged an outside meeting with Outcast and The Lost Soul, telling them that due to legal reasons, they had to be in a match next week against the real Mailer Daemon and Titan Fore.
Enforcer, as the GCWA World Television Champion, won a "Non-Title" match over The Glitter God. After Enforcer stopped The Glitter God from using his Glitter Bomb, he dominated the rest of the way, putting him away with the Death Penalty DDT.
- GCWA World Heavyweight Champion Chelsea LeClair and #1 Contender Lissie Hope did a contract signing for Fright or Flight. Both talked about their feelings about facing off for a third time, with the contract signing ending relatively peaceful.
Michael Graves and PerZag never occurred. Before the match, Graves attacked PerZag in the back, blinding him with the Poison Mist and proclaiming that he was not the jobber.
- When the detective left The Accelerator's room to go find the nurse from earlier, a shadow appeared, standing over The Accelerator as he tried to wake up.
Lucas Thames & Mike Zybala defeated the Greek Gods (Hades & Zeus). In a crazy match that involved a bag of Kit Kats and a surprise Big Boot Low Blow, Thames & Zybala controlled the action. Zybala took out Zeus with the Sound of Silence for the victory for their team.
- Post-match, Zybala issued a challenge to Duce Jones, wanting to face him in a Buried Alive match in a cemetery at Fright or Flight.
- Warrick Hill brought out John E. Depth to issue an open challenge for Fright or Flight. Derek Mobley & Jack Puffer then came out, wanting to challenge both Depth and Hill. The contract was signed during a brawl, setting the match in place.
Dave Branson defeated The Glitter God. Branson dominated the Glitter God, putting him away with the FIXED! Chokeslam.
- Deana Barrows talked about visiting her father, The Accelerator, in the hospital, waiting for him to wake up. Jonathan Barrows mentioned about how the police are investigating him for the kidnappings, freezing his assets.
Legacy (James Raven & Shawn Warstein) defeated The Greek Gods (Hades & Zeus). Raven & Warstein were unsurprisingly strong in this one, pushing each other on pulling off different moves. Warstein got the win with The Kings Crown on Hades.
- Duce Jones, Byson Kaliban, & Brim threw a tombstone into Mike Zybala's car, shattering the front windshield. Zybala then showed up with a dump truck, pouring a ton of dirt onto Jones' vehicle before running away from the trio.
Outcast & The Lost Soul vs. Mailer Daemon & Titan Fore failed to start. Mailer Daemon attacked Titan Fore as they entered, with Daemon being revealed as TLS. However, Titan Fore wasn't Outcast, as the wrestler was able to attacked with a steel chair. The two men fought off the stage to the floor, eventually getting separated by GCWA Security.
- Jonathan Barrows found Jackson Hart & James Raven, telling them that they're going to have to defend their titles against two teams, Sports Entertainment Xpress and Sins of the Fathers in an Ultimate X match. The two teams then showed up, with Hart & Raven expecting them to fight each other, but the two teams instead attacked the champs.
E.W. Montgomery defeated John Thompson. In a competitive match, Montgomery was able to land Welcome To The Slaughterhouse to put Thompson away.
Chelsea LeClair won a Non-Title match over Justice Cross. Lissie Hope came to the ring as well to join the commentary team. The two ladies in the ring had a very strong match, with Justice capitalizing on the distraction of Hope to nearly steal this one. At the end, though, LeClair got CANCELLED! for the victory.
Noah Jackson vs. The Incredible One did not take place. While Jackson came out to the ring, TIO did not appear, so the referee called this one off.
- A furious Jonathan Barrows sent people to find The Incredible One. He then talked to Deana Barrows, who said that the detective looking into the kidnappings was coming to the arena to talk to him.
Shawn Warstein won the vacated GCWA North American Title, winning a Triple Threat match over Micheal Graves and PerZag. After a competitive match, Graves got PerZag with the Poison Mist, only to then suffer a low blow from Warstein. Warstein then gave PerZag the Ego Trip for the victory.
- Chelsea LeClair and Lissie Hope were shown preparing for their match later in the night.
John E Depth & Warrick Hill defeated Derek Mobley & Jack Puffer. After a chaotic match, Mobley landed the Thriller on Hill, but Depth had tagged in. After multiple reversals, Depth got the Rough Cut and made the cover on Mobley, as Hill covered Puffer, getting the win for the heels.
- The Incredible One was found beaten up backstage and left bloodied. He was worked on and put in an ambulance as the shocked announcers watched.
Outcast won the vacated GCWA Unified X-Division Title, winning a "Trick Or Treat" match over The Lost Soul. This crazy match featured knocking on doors and either getting a treat (a weapon) or a trick (an attack) from various wrestlers. In a match featuring everything from dynamite from E.W. Montgomery and a Biff End from the Big Bifford on TLS, Outcast got the win after a baseball bat shot to the head, becoming champion.
- The Golden Opportunity Costume Contest Invitational took place, with the three celebrity judges giving three different wrestlers the win: E.W. Montgomery (Banana Man), Druk Dorji (Herman Munster), and Adi Gold (Alice In Wonderland).
Enforcer retained the GCWA World Television Title, defeating Lucas Thames. The two wrestlers went at it full force, with Enforcer getting the final move with the Death Penalty DDT to stay the champ.
- The detective showed up with many police officers, arresting Jonathan Barrows for the kidnappings of The Accelerator and Hunter Barrows. Deana promised to call the lawyers to help Jonathan out.
Mike Zybala won a "Buried Alive" match over Duce Jones. The battle took place inside the Memorial Park Cemetery in Oklahoma City. After a furious fight that went all over, Zybala managed to knock Jones into the grave and got he dirt dumped on him to win.
- Video showed Jonathan Barrows getting taken out of the arena by the police and driven away.
Jackson Hart & James Raven retained the GCWA World Tag-Team Titles, winning an Ultimate X match over Sports Entertainment Xpress (Space Lord & Terry Marshall) and Sins of the Fathers (Marcus Ka'Derrion & Xavier Lux). In one of the most controversial matches in GCWA history, there were many memorable moments, including Major Helmet being thrown up to the titles and Terry Marshall trying to cut the lines. In the end, Marshall got the belts, but the bell never range, as Raven came in and landed the Flight of the Raven to put Marshall down. As soon as Raven got the belts, the bell rang, ending the match.
- Deana Barrows told the Security Commander to keep everything good for the main event, with the Security Commander radioing ahead to have everything ready.
Lissie Hope won the GCWA World Heavyweight Title, defeating Chelsea LeClair. The two wrestlers had an unbelievable third match, showing how they'd both learned from the other in their competition. At the end, Hope got a reversal into the Crown of Thorns for the win, becoming a two-time champion.
- Postmatch, Deana Barrows came down to celebrate with the two women for being in the main event. However, Legacy (Jackson Hart, Noah Jackson, James Raven, & Shawn Warstein) came to the ring and attacked, taking out both Hope & LeClair. They then joined with Deana, who announced that we were now in the Legacy Era. The announcers noted that with The Accelerator, Hunter, & now Jonathan out, Deana is the last Barrows standing.
- Deana Barrows started the show with the members of Legacy. She announced that she was going to be implementing changes, including making James Raven the #1 Contender to Lissie Hope's World Title. Raven talked about how the company is now in good hands. Shawn Warstein also spoke about how much better the entertainment will be during the Legacy Era. Deana then commented that both Lissie Hope and Chelsea LeClair had been given the night off.
Druk Dorji defeated The Spruce Goose. Dorji won this one easily, making Goose tap out to a Claw submission hold.
- Deana Barrows went to the Sins of the Fathers' locker room to talk to Marcus Ka'Derrion & Xavier Lux about the way the Ultimate X match ended at Fright or Flight. She told them that they should concentrate on their singles careers before leaving, angering Lux enough that he stormed out looking for trouble.
- John E Depth came out to celebrate his team's victory at the PPV. Jack Puffer then appeared, congratulating him for pinning Derek Mobley, but stating that Depth had still not pinned him and didn't think he could. Puffer offered to face him in a Loser Leaves Town match at the next show, goading Depth into accepting it.
E.W. Montgomery won, via ref stoppage, over Xtreme. At the beginning of the contest, Montgomery yelled at Xtreme, getting him to agree to an Xtreme Rules match. Montgomery then dominated Xtreme, badly bloodying him with a barbed wire baseball bat. The referee finally signaled for the match to be stopped, giving the win to Montgomery.
- Mike Zybala came to Deana Barrows' office, wanting to politely ask about if she would still be willing to work with Zybala on Outsiders' matches. Barrows subtly threatened that if Zybala gets in Legacy's way, he'd lose his ventures together with the GCWA. Zybala did give a minor threat to Barrows, mentioning to have her ask Duce Jones what happens with someone messes with him.
- Xavier Lux attacked Space Lord and Terry Marshall, with Marcus Ka'Derrion joining in to help his partner. The two left afterwards, having gotten out some rage.
The Greek Gods (Hades & Zeus) defeated The Wrath of the Storm (Thunder & Lightning). In a battle between two struggling teams, The Greek Gods got their first GCWA victory thanks to Zeus getting a small package on Thunder.
- The A-List (Lord Allton, Dylan Thomas, Lissandra Thomas, Dave Branson, Vincenzo Larossia, & Tank Terrell) came out for a victory celebration after Lord Allton's win at the last Outsiders PPV. Mike Zybala interrupted the event, but only to give Allton props and talk about how he'll be fighting Barry Barrows in the future. Allton then went to cut the large chocolate cake, but Barry burst out of it and attacked, laying out some of the A-List members before running away (and hugging a disgusted Hood).
- Deana Barrows got a phone call from her brother, Jonathan Barrows, asking about the GCWA lawyers. Deana promptly hung up the phone on her brother, content to leave him in jail.
Robert Main won, via Countout, over Aaron Warthog. Main had a successful debut, crushing Warthog and leaving him out cold on the outside of the ring to win.
- The show ended with Deana getting a phone call from an unidentified woman, saying that she would be there next week.
