- Hunter Barrows announced the Sexiest Man on Earth competition that would be voted on throughout the night on Inferno. Peter Vaughn w/ Lucas Thames defeated Aaron Warthog. In a battle of the low-carders, Vaughn used his recent training with Zybala and Thames to his advantage, surviving Warthog's attacks and getting The Plunge for the victory. - Erin Gordon talked about her second match in the GCWA being for a title shot, as well as her opponent, Ryot. - Vossler, who's still staying under his OCW contract, introduced Phoenix Chadwick to the GCWA crowd. He did not give Chadwick the chance to talk as well, however. Ed Houston & Jack Puffer defeated The Wrath of the Storm (Thunder & Lightning). The match started with just Thunder there, as it seemed like Light wasn't going to participate. This was a ruse, as Lightning attacked Houston while dressed as a security guard. Puffer saw through the trick, and the faces took out their opponents, with Puffer landing Under The Lights and Houston getting Blastoff on Thunder for the victory. - The Big Bifford had his associate, Kenny, dig up The Lost Soul from captivity underground, to get TLS on his team for Ultimate Survival. Bifford also extended invitations to Duce Jones and Dangerous Dan, two more long-time rivals. - Jonathan Barrows announced the team captains for Ultimate Survival: The Big Bifford vs. Tony Savage, Dylan Thomas vs. Mike Zybala, and Jack Puffer vs. a mystery team captain. Tony Savage defeated Dangerous Dan. In surprising fashion, Savage had a strong showing against Dan, eventually putting him away with One Shot, One Kill. Afterwards, Savage went to do more damage with the Choke Artist, but Crazy Chris saved his brother. - In the back, Deana Barrows threatened to vacate the GCWA World Tag-Team Titles, but Tony Savage told her that he had made a deal with Jonathan Barrows: he'd take care of The Big Bifford, and Barrows would let him pick a new tag-team partner. - The Sexiest Man on Earth results were announced, with it being the surprise debut of PerZag! The former OCW star talked about coming to the GCWA and competing in Ultimate Survival. His girlfriend, "The Psycho Bitch" Rhiannon Clarkson, also took out an admirer of PerZag's. - Mike Zybala tried to come out to be the referee for the X Division Title #1 Contenders match, but he was stopped by chloroform from Jonathan Barrows. Erin Gordon won a GCWA Unified X Division Title #1 Contenders match over Ryot. In a very competitive match, Gordon earned the title shot by landing the Nor'easter in the end. - Jonathan Barrows talked to someone from Jack Puffer's past about facing his team at Ultimate Survival.
- Jack Puffer came out to the ring in a clown car, eventually revealing his surprise team for Ultimate Survival: Tony The Spider, Curt Canon, and Alice Knight.
- Mike Zybala, frustrated over not finding teammates for Ultimate Survival, threatened to contact Josie Barnes, only to be stopped once again by Jonathan Barrows' chloroform.
Vincent Day defeated Thunder. Day had a successful debut, in spite of Lightning trying to get involved for his tag-team partner. Day put away Thunder with The Method and got his first victory in the company.
- Earl The Popcorn Salesman and The Big Bifford talked about The Lost Soul bringing Bifford a gift tonight. Earl was certain it was a trap and thought Bifford's teammates would turn on him. Bifford countered by saying that Earl, Kenny, and Boris would be his partners at Ultimate Survival if the team didn't accept.
- Duce Jones appeared at the GCWA arena, talking about someone getting his phone number.
Phoenix Chadwick defeated Anderson Haze. Chadwick looked strong in his debut, dominating Haze and making him submit to his Corda submission.
- Jack Puffer was surprised in the back by long-time OCW jobber John E Depth, who had put together his own team (Noah Hanson, Vincent Langston, and EHUD of MOAB) to face Puffer at Ultimate Survival.
- Dylan & Lissandra Thomas put out a reminder to Ed Houston that the A-List was still coming for his World Title, once Dylan won Ultimate Survival.
Lucas Thames won a Grudge match over Aaron Warthog. Warthog tried everything to get a victory early on, including taunting Peter "The Janitor" Vaughn to hit him and cause the disqualification. Despite the tricks, Thames was still too strong, making Warthog tap once again to You Either Tap Or You Break. Post-match, Warthog tried to attack Thames again, but Vaughn took him down and landed the Plunge off the top.
- A furious Jonathan Barrows talked to someone on the phone about the missing Tony Savage, angrily saying that Savage would no longer be keeping the GCWA World Tag-Team Titles. Barrows then had The Reason come into his room with The Empty, taking Savage's place on Team Barrows.
- Mack O'Connor, while washing up because of the Coronavirus, talked to Treat Cassidy about his title match at Ultimate Survival. O'Connor specified that the OCW World Title wasn't going to be unified with the GCWA World Title.
- The Big Bifford came out to the ring to view his gift, a giant wooden fish. The Lost Soul then attacked Bifford with a chair, stealing Bifford's MAGICAL FLEECE. Duce Jones appeared, accepting Bifford's team offer, before taking Bifford's MAGICAL CONFETTI. Dangerous Dan was next, accepting the team offer, before using Bifford's MIGHTY SCYTHE on him (the flat end).
- Ed Houston talked to the GCWA Universe about looking forward to his match with Mack O'Connor at Ultimate Survival, planning to once again retain the GCWA World Championship.
Mike Zybala retained the GCWA Unified X Division Title, winning, via DQ, over Erin Gordon. During the intense match-up, Zybala was surprisingly attacked by Dylan Thomas & Dave Branson, causing the DQ. It soon became a team-wide brawl, as PerZag & Ryot joined Thomas & Branson, while Zybala was aided by Gordon, Peter "The Janitor" Vaughn, and newcomer Dexter Montgomery. The night ended with the brawl still going on, and Lucas Thames coming out to aid Vaughn.
- Jonathan Barrows was shown organizing security around the Ultimate Survival trophy, to make sure no wrestler tried to steal it before the Finals.
Team Bifford (The Big Bifford, Dangerous Dan, Duce Jones, & The Lost Soul) defeated Team Barrows (The Empty, Phoenix Chadwick, Anderson Haze, & Aaron Warthog) in an Ultimate Survival Qualifying match. The Big Bifford was the sole 'survivor'.
- Anderson Haze was eliminated after being attacked by his own teammate, The Empty. TLS then hit Souled Out to pin him.
- Dangerous Dan was eliminated by The Empty after a Vortex of Doom.
- Duce Jones was eliminated by Warthog, who pinned him after The Empty landed a Black Hole Slam.
- Aaron Warthog was eliminated by The Lost Soul, who got a schoolboy pin.
- The Empty was disqualified after using Bifford's MIGHTY SCYTHE on him.
- The Lost Soul was eliminated by Chadwick's Corda submission.
- Chadwick was eliminated by Bifford's Biff End piledriver.
Team A-List (Dylan Thomas, Dave Branson, PerZag, & Ryot) defeated Team Outsiders (Mike Zybala, Erin Gordon, Dexter Montgomery, & Peter "The Janitor" Vaughn) in an Ultimate Survival Qualifying match. Branson & PerZag were the 'survivors'.
- Dexter Montgomery was eliminated by Branson's FIXED Chokeslam.
- Erin Gordon was eliminated by Ryot's RYOT Time.
- Ryot was eliminated by Zybala's Facial Reconstruction.
- Peter Vaughn was eliminated by Thomas' Mind Your Head, Bitch!

- Ed Houston, the GCWA World Heavyweight Champion, worked out to make sure he's ready for the World Title match.
Team Puffer (Jack Puffer, Curt Canon, Alice Knight, & Tony The Spider) defeated Team Depth (John E Depth, Noah Hanson, Vincent Langston, & EHUD of MOAB) in an Ultimate Survival Qualifying match. Canon, Knight, & Puffer were the 'survivors'.
- EHUD of MOAB was eliminated after finally making it to the ring, falling to Tony The Spider's Spider Roll.
- Tony The Spider was eliminated by Hanson's Ladykiller elbow drop.
- John E Depth was eliminated by Puffer's Under The Lights.
- Vincent Langston was eliminated by Canon's The End Is Near.
- Noah Hanson was eliminated by Knight's Frog Splash, with all teammates involved in the pin.
- Jonathan & Hunter Barrows were seen putting plans into motion, while blaming their sister, Deana Barrows, for allowing The Big Bifford to get this close to winning.
Mack O'Connor won the GCWA World Heavyweight Title, defeating Ed Houston. After a thrilling match that had many close calls, Houston seemed to have the edge at the end as he went for Blastoff. But Mack got his knees up in time, then turned Houston's avoidance into a small package, shockingly getting the 3 count.
The Big Bifford won the Ultimate Survival Finals over Dave Branson, Curt Canon, Alice Knight, PerZag, and Jack Puffer.
- Dave Branson was eliminated by a sunset flip from Puffer and a crossbody from Canon.
- Curt Canon was eliminated after Bifford got the Biff End, with PerZag then stealing the pin after Puffer tried to make the save.
- Alice Knight was eliminated by Bifford's Biff End.
- Jack Puffer was eliminated by PerZag' Worthiest Move of All.
- During the final one-on-one fight, the referee was knocked down. Hunter Barrows then came out as the referee, trying to cost Bifford the match, only for Bifford to give Hunter the Biff End! Bifford then fought back against PerZag and got The Biff End on him as well, with the original ref regaining consciousness to make the 3 count.
- Post-match, The Big Bifford waited for his Ultimate Survival trophy, but Jonathan Barrows surprisingly blocked it, getting the trophy taken backstage and out of the building instead.
- The Reason and The Empty appeared from the boiler room, with The Reason talking about The Empty coming after The Big Bifford as well as Ryot.
Aaron Warthog defeated Erin Gordon. In a shocking upset, Warthog managed to get an O'Connor roll-up on Gordon and held onto the tights, getting the quick pinfall victory.
- Jack Puffer, Curt Canon, Alice Knight, and Tony The Spider formed the Mustard Factory stable while out at an old warehouse that Puffer & Canon had purchased.
- Jonathan Barrows called out Tony Savage to the ring to talk about his lack of title defenses, as well as not captaining Team Barrows at Ultimate Survival. Savage showed Barrows that he had been helping with COVID relief in Britain, and they he had informed Deana Barrows, who hadn't told her brother. Jonathan threatened to vacate the tag-team titles, but Brady Vega then reappeared for the first time in months. Seeing this, Jonathan immediately made a title match for the next Inferno.
Peter "The Janitor" Vaughn defeated Vincent Day. In our second upset of the night, the recently-restored Janitor put on a strong match against Day, eventually getting the Plunge to land the victory.
- Jonathan, Hunter, and Deana Barrows had a conversation in their suite about a deal that Deana has been able to put together using her and her father's contacts. It was seen in the folder that the deal involved Blood On The Battlefield V being arranged for Sunday, May 3rd.
- Madhouse Madi made her first appearance in the GCWA, getting interviewed by Jones the reporter. She was interrupted by John E Depth, who wanted to put her into one of his porn productions. She refused, taking out Depth with the Game Over.
EHUD of MOAB won a Triple Threat match over Crazy Chris and Dexter Montgomery. The match, originally a one-on-one, was interrupted with EHUD attacked both wrestlers (as well as Dangerous Dan) before the bell. Jonathan Barrows made a quick decision to allow EHUD in the match, and he won by taking out Montgomery with the MOAB MULE submission.
- Lucas Thames congratulated Peter Vaughn for his victory earlier in the night, with the two being interrupted by a celebrating Aaron Warthog.
- Mack O'Connor came to the ring to celebrate his GCWA World Title win at Ultimate Survival, with it being heavily themed by his sponsor, Bud Light. Ed Houston came out to congratulate him, but also wanted his rematch for the championship due to the fast pin that took place. The Big Bifford then came out as the Ultimate Survival winner, but his mic was turned off, keeping him from talking. Jonathan Barrows then made another appearance, talking about how Bifford had cheated by attacking the referee (Hunter Barrows) in the finals. He then overruled the referee decision and DQ'ed Bifford, naming PerZag the true Ultimate Survival winner. PerZag celebrated with the trophy as Bifford worked through security to get to him, while Houston & O'Connor faced off.
