- Jonathan Barrows is shown talking on his phone to someone about the search for his family members, all of whom appear to have been abducted by former wrestler The Big Bifford. Duce Jones defeated Peter "The Janitor" Vaughn. Vaughn gave Duce an autographed mop before the match. This didn't save him, as Duce got the victory with the Duce of Clubs. - Jack Puffer broke into The Incredible One's locker room, pasting "Impostor" stickers over his merchandise. Puffer also drank some of TIO's coffee, leaving a bloody mark from his oral herpes. - Mack O'Connor spoke to the GCWA arena fans about how he was coming for the GCWA Championship held by Ed Houston. Duce Jones then interrupted, wanting some payback for O'Connor's recent actions towards him. Jonathan Barrows broke it up over the big screen, stating that he had made a deal with O'Connor's agent, Trent Cassidy, to set up a #1 Contenders match between the two at Adrenaline Rush III. "Mad Dog" Mark Wright retained the GCWA North American Title, defeating Aaron Warthog. Warthog tried to use tricks against Mad Dog, tricking him to leave the ring and attacking him every time Mad Dog tried to enter. But the champion eventually got in anyway and took out Warthog with Go Mad to stay the champion. - Post-match, Mad Dog laid out a challenge to Tony Savage. Before Mad Dog could finish, though, Savage attacked, putting Mad Dog into a dog collar and hanging him over the ropes. - Jonathan Barrows vetoed Mike Zybala's interest in being added to the tag-team match the next week featuring Ed Houston & Jack Puffer vs. The A-List. Instead, Barrows offered Zybala the special referee spot. He told Zybala that he could be fired for getting involved, but he could also be rewarded for "doing the right thing". Dangerous Dan defeated Chad Vargas. In a bit of a surprise, Dangerous Dan took total control over the match due to Vargas being focused more on Dan's brother, Crazy Chris. Dan would never release his edge, putting Vargas down with The ENDD. - The Incredible One returned to his locker room and took a drink from his coffee before he realized that it had been tampered with by Puffer earlier in the night. - GCWA World Champion Ed Houston and #1 Contender Dylan Thomas had their contract signing ceremony. Houston ended up clearing the ring with his superkicks, sending the A-List members away. Afterwards, though, Jonathan Barrows came out and warned Houston that if he didn't make it to Adrenaline Rush, the title would be handed to Thomas.
"The Natural" Ryot defeated Aaron Warthog. In Ryot's debut, he dominated Warthog with some serious kicks. It all ended when Ryot hit the RYOT Time for the victory, starting off his GCWA career in strong fashion.
- An incident from earlier in the day was shown, when police showed up to tell "Mad Dog" Mark Wright that there had been an incident back in his home in West Virginia. Mad Dog left his brother "The Demon" Daniel Wright and his manager, Sunny Jim, in order to fly home.
- Jonathan Barrows is shown talking to an assistant about Mike Zybala, who wanted his contract to face Crazy Chris. Barrows wouldn't hand it over until Zybala "did the right thing" later in the night. A package then arrived from The Big Bifford, saying he would meet Barrows in their cafeteria. Barrows ordered security to watch the cafeteria and catch him.
Anderson Haze defeated Peter "The Janitor" Vaughn. Haze had his own powerful debut against The Janitor, flooring him with repeated moves. Haze got the victory after hitting the Haze Effect, starting off undefeated.
- Video from the back showed the preparations of The A-List and Houston & Puffer for the tag match later that night.
- Duce Jones talked about taking out Chad Vargas later on, and then moving on to Mack O'Connor at the PPV.
"The Demon" Daniel Wright defeated Thunder. Thunder and his partner, Lightning, tried to use various supernatural items to slow The Demon down. None were successful, as The Demon put both men into a Demon Driver and got the pin for the victory.
- Post-match, Tony Savage attacked The Demon (after a fake wrestler distracted him), beating him down with "Mad Dog" Mark Wright unable to make the save since he left the building.
- Jonathan Barrows talked with Crazy Chris about getting him an opponent for the PPV, with Crazy Chris not wanting to be ignored again. After Crazy Chris left, Barrows was then surprised by The Big Bifford entering his office. Bifford demanded a match against Barrows (aka Pryde) at Adrenaline Rush to get Barrows' family back. Barrows signed the contract, but then found out that Deana Barrows & The Accelerator were there, apparently working with Bifford instead of being kidnapped. Hunter Barrows' whereabouts were unknown.
Duce Jones defeated Chad Vargas. Jones got revenge from his January loss to Vargas, ignoring the presence of Mack O'Connor watching the match to triumph with the Duce of Clubs. Afterwards, Jones challenged O'Connor to come to the ring, but O'Connor just left.
- Mike Zybala came out to be the referee in the main event, wearing a sheriff's hat and leaving the announcers to speculate how he'll handle the match.
Ed Houston & Jack Puffer defeated The A-List (Dylan Thomas & The Incredible One). Mike Zybala was the referee, and seemed to be favoring The A-List early on. But Zybala stuck by the rules, and nearly DQ'ed The A-List at one point, with Jonathan Barrows vetoing him (and The A-List attacking him). After a long, exciting match, Houston got the victory for his team by hitting Blastoff on The Incredible One.
- In the closing segment, Mike Zybala was approached by Deana Barrows, who gave him a contract for a title match against Crazy Chris that she apparently snuck out of Jonathan Barrows' office.
- Curt Canon is shown sitting at ringside, along with his monkey, Checkers. They were invited by Jonathan Barrows to watch the show.
Mike Zybala won the GCWA Unified X Division Title, defeating Crazy Chris. After a very competitive match, Zybala managed a top rope Sound of Silence to put Crazy Chris away, winning his first championship in the GCWA.
- Tony Savage talked to the live crowd about his recent actions against "Mad Dog" Mark Wright, "The Demon" Daniel Wright, and Sunny Jim. He planned to "dog-walk" Mad Dog later on that night.
Jack Puffer defeated The Incredible One. Puffer had a strong showing in this one, with The Incredible One being more and more frustrated with being unable to stop him. At one point, TIO even threatened to walk away from the match, only to be stopped by Puffer. In the end, Puffer landed Under The Lights for the victory.
- Post-match, a disappointed TIO left the ring and walked off, ignoring the crowd entirely as he left the arena.
- Deana Barrows came in to talk to her brother, Jonathan Barrows, wishing him luck in his match against The Big Bifford. Jonathan promised revenge on his sister for being part of Bifford's "kidnapping" scheme.
Tony Savage won the GCWA North American Title, winning a Dog Collar match over "Mad Dog" Mark Wright. This was a bloody brawl that also involved "The Demon" Daniel Wright's attempted interference. Savage won the match with One Shot, One Kill, gaining the championship.
- Duce Jones was shown arriving at the arena, giving a brief statement about his match later on with Mack O'Connor.
The Big Bifford defeated Jonathan "Pryde" Barrows. Jonathan, along with his brother, Hunter, tried to trick The Big Bifford, while also making the match under No Disqualification rules. But Bifford still proved to be too strong, eventually taking Barrows out with the Biff End to get the victory and reclaim his GCWA contract.
- Deana Barrows was seen talking about arranging for a special announcement about the GCWA World Tag-Team Titles the next week.
Mack O'Connor won a GCWA World Title #1 Contendership match, defeating Duce Jones. During a furious battle for the #1 contendership, Jones was injured after a hard fall on the outside. Despite this, he refused to give in, continuing to fight. But his injury was too much to overcome, as O'Connor was able to put Jones away with Hollow Point.
- Dylan Thomas and Ed Houston were shown prepping for their main event match.
Ed Houston retained the GCWA World Heavyweight Title, defeating Dylan Thomas. In an incredible main event, the two star wrestlers went at it, with Thomas also getting aid from Lissandra Thomas and Dave Branson. Despite multiple attempts at interference, though, the A-List members couldn't keep Houston down, and in the end he came back against the odds and got Blastoff for the victory.
- Ryot was interviewed on his way in about his match with Anderson Haze. He called Haze a stepping stone.
Erin Gordon defeated Peter "The Janitor" Vaughn. Vaughn showed up late, having been kidnapped by Mike Zybala and trained (aka tortured) on Exile Island. He was too shell-shocked to put up much of a fight, allowing Gordon to put him away with the Nor'easter.
- Lucas Thames was seen preparing for his match, planning to make Aaron Warthog tap out.
- Jonathan Barrows seemed to be close to firing Peter "The Janitor" Vaughn, only to have Mike Zybala bring him an Immunity necklace, which Hunter Barrows accepted to 'save' Vaughn's job.
Lucas Thames defeated Aaron Warthog. Thames dominated Warthog, showing off his strength before making Warthog tap out to "You Either Tap Or You Break". Afterwards, Warthog tried to claim he didn't actually tap.
- Jack Puffer was given a special cake from Marcus Welsh. Greg was in the cake, and he and Marcus 'wrestled' while Puffer left the room. He was given a hamburger with special mustard on it by an employee, which cured his mouth herpes. Puffer went to find the owner of the mustard, Alice Knight, to thank her.
- Deana Barrows visited Tony Savage in his locker room to talk about the GCWA World Tag Titles, which hadn't been defended in months. She gave an ultimatum that if Savage couldn't get Brady Vega back next week to set up a title defense, the titles would be vacated.
Tony Savage defeated Chad Vargas. Savage attacked Vargas right from the start, keeping him off-balance. After several moves, Savage landed One Shot, One Kill for the victory. Afterwards, Savage, not satisfied, put Vargas in the Choke Artist until he passed out.
- Ed Houston talked about his World Title victory at Adrenaline Rush, as well as facing Mack O'Connor at the next pay-per-view.
- Duce Jones came to the ring and gave Mack O'Connor props for winning at Adrenaline Rush. Jones then talked about his arm injury, which will keep him on the shelf for four-six months.
Ryot defeated Anderson Haze. In the most contested match of the night, the flow went back and forth. Ryot got the last move, reversing into a leg sweep and RYOT Time for the victory.
- Jonathan Barrows met with Tony Savage in the back about the Tag Titles situation, saying that he might be able to help Savage with his problem, if Savage will help with his Big Bifford problem.
- Aaron Warthog is seen complaining about his loss, claiming that he didn't actually tap (even though he did). Warthog talked to himself about his next opponent, thinking about Erin Gordon and Peter "The Janitor" Vaughn.
- Jonathan, Hunter, & Deana Barrows came to the ring in the closing segment to make the big announcement: in March, the GCWA will be bringing back Ultimate Survival in Miami, Florida. The Big Bifford then came out, delivering chicken sandwiches (through parachutes) to the audience before letting the Barrows know that he'll win Ultimate Survival, get back the World Title, and take over the GCWA.
